Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 95bd platform and all services under it. 95bd is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming experiences to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are considered a legal agreement between you and 95bd.

Account Registration & Use
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on the 95bd platform, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- All information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete.
- Only one account per person is permitted.
- You will operate the account in your own name — not on behalf of anyone else.
- You are using the platform voluntarily and knowingly.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Notify 95bd's support team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. If you share your account credentials with anyone else, you are solely responsible for any resulting loss.
2.3 Account Verification
95bd may request documents for identity verification when necessary. If the requested documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
Deposits on the 95bd platform can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Sonali Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
- All deposits must be made from your own registered payment method.
- Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- The deposit amount will be credited to your account only after it has been properly verified.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be complete before withdrawing.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements are met.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
When you open a new account at 95bd, you receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
4.2 Wagering Terms
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering.
- The bonus is issued once only; claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
In the case of abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity involving the bonus system, 95bd reserves the right to cancel bonuses, suspend accounts, and investigate suspicious transactions.
VIP Program & Betting Rules
5.1 VIP Three Tiers
The 95bd VIP program has three tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.2 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- 95bd reserves the right to void any bet due to a technical error.
- If incorrect odds or prices are displayed, the affected bet may be considered void.
- If any user participates in match-fixing or manipulation, the account will be permanently closed.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
- Using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Operating an account on behalf of someone under 21.
- Harassing or threatening other users.

Intellectual Property & Account Termination
10.1 Intellectual Property
The logo, design, content, software, and all elements of the 95bd platform are the intellectual property of 95bd. Reproducing, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.
10.2 Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account. In the event of a terms violation, 95bd reserves the right to close an account without notice.
10.3 Applicable Law
Relevant law will be followed in the interpretation and application of these Terms. If any part of these Terms is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
